1 General Terms

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal activity
• Operating multiple accounts or bonus abuse
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or to nbajee42 staff
• Use of the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion)

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
